Delivery details
We are able to offer a delivery service to the following places at the corresponding rates. Prices are for a single parcel weighing upto 20kg and are exclusive of VAT. Orders exceeding this 20kg limit will be charged for 2 parcels and so the carriage charge will be doubled. Numbers in brackets indicates expected delivery time (in working days) on stock items.
Mainland UK excluding Scottish Highlands: £8.00 (2-3days)
Scottish Highlands: £25.00 (Upto 5 days)
Scottish Islands: £25.00 (Upto 5 days)
Channel Islands: £25.00 (Upto 5 days)
Isle of Man: £25.00 (Upto 5 days)
Isles of Scilly: £25.00 (Upto 5 days)
Northern Ireland: £25.00 (Upto 5 days)
Republic of Ireland: £25.00 (Upto 5 days)
France: £25.00 (Upto 10 days)
Carriage charges are dependant on Post code area, weight and size of parcels, and will vary accordingly. Charges are made at our discretion and are subject to change.
Delivery service will be provided by either FedEx (Formerly ANC) or Parceline courier services. Parcels and packages deemed suitable for posting will be delivered using Royal Mail at a charge of £3.50 + VAT. Goods deemed unsuitable for post irrespective of cost or weight will be charged at a normal parcel rate.
We regret that we are unable to deliver parcels to an address without a post code, this includes P.O Boxes and boats.
Although every effort is made to dispatch orders (placed before 12 noon) the same day, please allow 2-3 working days for Mainland UK delivery. For delivery to Scottish Highlands and non mainland addresses please allow upto 5 working days. For items flagged as non stock or out of stock we will aim to get goods to you within 14 days however this may increase depending on suppliers and the nature of the goods you have ordered, and in some cases will be increased.
In the event that a parcel requires collection from the customer, the same charges will apply in reverse. (see above)
