We have a massive selection of spares and accessories from all the leading stove and cooker manufacturers including Aarrow, Rayburn, Parkray, Coalbrookdale, Morso, Villager and Stovax. We sell everything from high temperature rope seal to firebricks, replacement stove glass, grates, fire irons, fire bricks and much, much more.

 

Delivery

For items which are in stock, please allow the following timescale for delivery. Items which are out of stock will vary depending on the manufacturer.

Mainland UK excluding Scottish Highlands:  (1-3 days)                                                     Scottish Highlands: (Up to 5 days)                                                                                            Scottish Islands: (Up to 5 days) 
Channel Islands: (Up to 5 days) 
Isle of Man: (Up to 5 days) 
Isles of Scilly:  (Up to 5 days) 
Northern Ireland:  (Up to 5 days) 
Republic of Ireland:  (Up to 5 days) 
Belgium, France, Germany, Lux, Netherlands:  (Up to 7 days)

Please be aware during our busy season, delivery times maybe slightly longer due to volume of orders.

Carriage charges are worked out at the checkout and are dependant on Post code area, weight of parcel, number of parcels, and as such will vary accordingly. Charges are made at our discretion and are subject to change.

We are able to offer a service whereby notes can be made for the delivery driver and/or an alternative delivery address. Where specific instructions are made for the couriers (eg leave on doorstep) this is done so entirely at the customers risk. We cannot accommodate specific dates or times for delivery.

Delivery service will be provided by either FedEx (Formerly ANC) UPS, or DPD courier services.

We regret that we are unable to deliver parcels to an address without a post code (Except EIRE), this includes P.O Boxes and boats.

Although every effort is made to dispatch orders (placed before 12 noon) the same day, please allow 1-3 working days for Mainland UK delivery. For delivery to Scottish Highlands and non mainland addresses please allow upto 5 working days. For items flagged as non stock or out of stock, 10-14 days and 14-28 we will aim to get goods to you within these times - however this may increase depending on suppliers and the nature of the goods you have ordered.
