Lee and the team at this place are incredibly knowledgable and helpful. They have truly convinced me through their consistently high level of service that it pays to go to a local place like this rather than simply buying stoves or parts online. They have highly specific knowledge and are clearly very passionate about what they do. I have never felt like they try to upsell me, they helped me find a wood stove within my budget and told me exactly which parts I needed/didn't need for my little cabin. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent service ( on a Saturday !) .Blanking plate clamp arrived next morning and fire lit by lunchtime. I can’t thank Rangemoors and DPD enough. Their service was MUCH appreciated. Very cold without the wood burner. Highly recommend.
