Excellent service ( on a Saturday !) .Blanking plate clamp arrived next morning and fire lit by lunchtime. I can’t thank Rangemoors and DPD enough. Their service was MUCH appreciated. Very cold without the wood burner. Highly recommend.
Went in with broken glass on the door of my log burner on the friday, replaced the rope, glass and what ever needed doing and a little extra with drilling bits, had it back by monday so big thanks to lee

Steve saw us straight away, answered questions and recommended the best stove for us which was brilliant. Highly recommended. I phoned to check the stock level for the parts I wanted and the staff could not have been more helpful. I ordered the parts online that day and they arrived the next day. I ordered replacement glass together with fittings for my Dovre 500MFR. The fire is now around 20+ years old and this is only the second replacement glass fitted to it. The botton fitting plates were seized and the screws had to be drilled out. Is there a fix to avoid this? Delivery and packing was exemplary.
